What are the payment terms for securing a villa booking?

To guarantee your reservation, the payment setup depends on your booking windo​Bookings more than 6 months in advance: A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.​Bookings less than 6 months in advance: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Last-Minute Bookings (Less than 15 days in advance): A 100% full payment is required upfront at the time of booking.

Standard check-in starts at 2:00 PM, and standard check-out is at 12:00 PM (Noon) to ensure proper villa preparation

Yes, special events and group retreats are permitted. However, they strictly require prior management approval and official clearance from the local autority, Banjar.

What services are included during my stay?

Daily housekeeping, maintenance, drinking water, complimentary laundry/ironing, and a professional butler service available 8 hours a day.

What Do I need to bring travel adapters for the wall outlets?

No adapter is needed. Every bedroom and living space in the villa is equipped with 1 universal international power outlets.

Can I request an early check-in or a late check-out??

Yes. Extended check-outs or late check-ins can be arranged in advance, subject to availability, for an additional charge of 50% of the nightly rate.

Is a security deposit required upon check-in? ?

Yes, a standard damage deposit is required at check-in to cover any potential incidental damages. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, following a successful inspection of the villa premises.

What are the standard check-in and check-out times?
